The 18th annual China International Photograph & Electrical Imaging Machinery and Technology Fair was held during April 17th-20th, 2015 at the China National Convention Center(CNCC) in Beijing, China. It gathered a lot of well-known photographic equipments, and released a lot of new image products of 2015, which has brought a big surprise to the shutterbugs.

PhotoFans has had an exclusive interview with SIRUI's sales director - Mr Li, and has talked about SIRUI's new products and its development of business in the future.

Photofans: As a famous brand, SIRUI has made a great achievement in this two years. Firstly, I would like to show my congratulations to SIRUI. Then, I would like to ask, how does SIRUI keep its position in the market? What is SIRUI's core competence?

Mr. Li: It is the 8th year that SIRUI participate in this show since 2008. In order to keep our position in the market, firstly we have to keep innovating and releasing new products every year. Secondly, we're made a big adjustment to meet the change of market, both for market online and offline.  For example, we can keep big market occupancy for the year of 2014 and 2015 since we have made adjustment. And now the market is not good, SIRUI will adjust to focus at the shops, and give distributors some special offer.

Photofans:Is there any surprise or updated on products this year?

Mr. Li: We have released a W Series Water-proofed Tripod, which was not available in market until now. It's water-proofed and Dust-proofed which can be used in sand or water. Besides, we have presented camera bags this year. It's the first time we made camera bags, and the first year that we show the bags on the booth.

Photofans:How are the sales for the domestic and overseas markets in 2014?

Mr. Li: Currently it is about 50% for each market.

Photofans:Will there be any new plan or idea for the new products in the future? If there is, please advise.

Mr. Li: We will adjust according to the market-oriented in order to meet the requirements of distributors and consumers. We will release many new products soon, eg. camera lens and optical lens. We didn't take the new camera lens and optical lens this time, but they will be released with other new products in the future, and we are looking forward to meeting them soon.
